Terms & Conditions

Before You Dive In

Here's a quick summary of the key things to know before you book. This is only an overview — the full details are set out in the Booking Terms & Conditions below.

Booking: Secure your place with the required deposit and pay the remaining balance by the due dates confirmed by us. Your Booking Contract is formed once we issue your Booking Confirmation. See Section 2.

Changes: You can change your departure date free of charge more than 60 days before departure. Changes from 60 to 15 days before departure incur a £250 administration fee per Traveller. Date changes are not permitted 14 days or fewer before departure. See Section 5.

Cancellations: More than 60 days before departure, you can cancel for a £99 cancellation charge per Traveller. 60 days or fewer before departure, the cancellation charge is 100% of the Trip price. See Section 5.

Booking on Hold: If your Trip is more than 60 days away, you can contact us to place your Booking on hold and keep the amount paid as Travel Credit towards a future Trip. Simply stopping payments does not place your Booking on hold. See Section 5.

Before You Travel: You'll need a valid passport, any required visas and comprehensive travel insurance. You're responsible for meeting the health and entry requirements for your destination and ensuring you're fit to travel. See Section 3.

During Your Trip: Our Trips are authentic group adventures, so flexibility is important. Please respect your fellow Travellers, local communities and the reasonable instructions of your Group Leader. See Section 4.

Financial Protection: Eligible Bookings are financially protected through our ABTOT membership and/or ATOL Licence, where applicable. The protection that applies to your Booking will be confirmed before your Booking Contract is formed. See Section 2.

2.1 About Feel Free Travel & Financial Protection

Feel Free Travel Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 10549017). Our website is feelfreetravel.com and you can contact us at [email protected].

Your Financial Protection

The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT) provides financial protection under its ATOL Franchise and The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 for Feel Free Travel Limited ABTOT 5717, ATOL number 12994, and in the event of our insolvency, protection is provided for non-flight and flight inclusive packages, flight only and linked travel arrangements (LTAs) sold as a principal under the ABTOT ATOL Franchise to UK customers only.

ABTOT cover provides for a refund in the event you have not yet travelled or repatriation if you are abroad.

In the unlikely event that you require assistance whilst abroad due to our financial failure, please call ABTOT's 24/7 helpline on 01702 811397 and advise you are a customer of an ABTOT protected travel company.

You can access The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 here.

As a UK Customer, when you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.

The price of our ATOL-protected flight inclusive Packages includes the amount of £2.50 per person as part of the ATOL Protection Contribution (APC) we pay to the CAA. This charge is included in our advertised prices.

We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate or holiday itinerary, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate or itinerary (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder or supplier may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder or supplier will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder or supplier. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder or supplier, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under ABTOT.

If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate or holiday itinerary, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder, alternative supplier or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, ABTOT Limited may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under its scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to ABTOT Limited any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ABTOT ATOL Franchise scheme.

For further information visit the ATOL website or the ABTOT website.

You can also find further information about the financial protection provided for Feel Free Travel bookings on our Financial Protection page.

2.2 Your Booking Contract

Your Booking Contract is formed when we issue your Booking Confirmation and booking reference. Until then, we may accept or decline your Booking, and submitting a booking request or making a payment does not by itself mean we have accepted it.

By making a Booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions.

2.3 Payments

To secure your Booking, you must pay the required deposit or, where applicable, the full price. Any remaining balance must be paid by the due date shown in your Booking Confirmation or otherwise confirmed by us.

If we do not receive payment by the applicable due date, the missed payment provisions in Section 5.4 will apply. You are responsible for making payments early enough for them to clear before the deadline.

2.4 No Cooling-Off Period

There is no statutory 14-day cooling-off period for your Booking. Once your Booking Contract has been formed, your rights to cancel or change your Booking are those set out in these Booking Terms & Conditions and under applicable law.

2.5 Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency stated at the time of Booking, with any applicable taxes, fees and charges identified during the booking process.

We may correct pricing errors before your Booking Contract is formed. Once it has been formed, your price will only change where permitted by law or as a result of a change requested by you, such as changing your Trip, departure date or Traveller.

Promotions, discounts and special offers may have their own terms and may be changed or withdrawn before your Booking Contract is formed.

2.6 Optional Add-ons

We may offer optional add-ons in addition to your Trip, such as flights, transfers, activities or accommodation upgrades. These are purchased from third-party Suppliers at your request and once we have received full payment.

Once purchased, an add-on may be non-refundable, non-transferable or subject to the relevant Supplier's terms. We will make you aware of this before completing your purchase.

If you cancel or request a change after an add-on has been purchased, you are responsible for any non-refundable Supplier costs incurred, which may be deducted from any refund due to you. Where an add-on can be refunded, changed or transferred, the Supplier's terms and any applicable administration charges will apply.

2.7 Lead Booker

The person making the Booking is the Lead Booker and must be at least 18 years old. The Lead Booker confirms that they have authority to make the Booking and accept these Booking Terms & Conditions on behalf of every Traveller included in it.

The Lead Booker is responsible for providing accurate information for all Travellers, making payments when due, passing on important booking information and updates, acting as our main point of contact, and ensuring all Travellers comply with these Booking Terms & Conditions.

All Travellers named on the Booking are responsible for complying with these Booking Terms & Conditions.

2.8 Age Requirements

Our Trips are designed primarily for travellers aged 18–39, and every Traveller must be at least 18 years old on the departure date.

We may accept Travellers outside our usual age range at our discretion where we consider them suitable for the style of Trip and group experience.

2.9 Creator & Hosted Trips

Some Trips may be promoted or hosted by an influencer, content creator, ambassador or other guest host (“Host”). Where applicable, the Host will be identified when the Trip is advertised.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, the Host is not responsible for organising or delivering your Trip and is not authorised to make contractual commitments on behalf of Feel Free Travel. Your Booking Contract remains with Feel Free Travel and your Trip will be operated in accordance with these Booking Terms & Conditions.

A Host's participation may occasionally need to change or be cancelled due to illness, personal circumstances, travel disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where this happens, we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible and may appoint a replacement Host or operate the Trip without the Host. Your rights will depend on the circumstances of the change and whether the Host's participation formed a main characteristic of your Booking, in accordance with applicable law.

2.10 Traveller Information

You must provide any information we reasonably request to administer your Booking and deliver your Trip. This may include your name exactly as shown in your passport, date of birth, nationality, gender, contact details, passport information, emergency contact, travel insurance details, relevant medical information and dietary requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring this information is accurate and for telling us promptly about any changes. If you do not provide requested information within the required timescale, this may result in delays, additional costs, cancellation of services or refusal of travel where required by a Supplier or relevant authority.

By providing emergency contact details, you confirm that the information is accurate and that we may contact that person where we reasonably consider it necessary in connection with an emergency involving you.

2.11 Special Requests

Please tell us as early as possible about any special requests, including dietary requirements, room preferences, accessibility needs or other personal requirements.

We will make reasonable efforts to pass requests to the relevant Supplier, but unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. A Supplier's inability to meet a special request will not, by itself, constitute a breach of your Booking Contract or entitle you to a refund or compensation.

2.12 Room Sharing

Unless we state otherwise, your Trip price is based on shared accommodation. If you are travelling solo and have not booked a private room, where available, you should expect to share with other Travellers.

We will always do our best to honour rooming preferences and confirmed private room upgrades. However, room allocations and accommodation arrangements may occasionally need to change due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative.

All overnight sleeper transport is shared accommodation, regardless of any private room upgrade, and ticket class upgrades are not available on these journeys.

2.13 Passport Names

At the time of Booking, you must provide the correct full name for each Traveller, exactly as it appears on their passport. If any costs are incurred as a result of an incorrect name being provided, including Supplier fees or administration charges, you will be responsible for those costs.

If a name is provided incorrectly, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to make any necessary changes, but amendments may be subject to Supplier approval and cannot always be guaranteed.

3. Before You Travel

3.1 Travel Insurance

You must have comprehensive travel insurance for the full duration of your Trip, covering all destinations and activities included in your itinerary. Your policy must provide appropriate cover for cancellation, personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation, evacuation, personal liability and loss of personal property.

You are responsible for ensuring your policy is suitable for your individual circumstances, including any pre-existing medical conditions. Feel Free Travel does not provide insurance advice and cannot assess whether a policy is suitable for your needs.

If requested, you must provide evidence showing your name, dates of cover and geographical area of cover, including all destinations on your Trip.

If you travel without appropriate insurance, you are responsible for any resulting medical, evacuation, repatriation, travel or associated costs.

3.2 Flights & Independent Travel

Unless we confirm otherwise, international flights and any travel arrangements you make separately are not included in your Booking Contract and are your responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes or other disruption affecting independently arranged travel. If you are delayed reaching the start of your Trip, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you join the group, but cannot guarantee the group or itinerary can wait. Any additional costs involved will be your responsibility.

3.3 Health & Vaccinations

You are responsible for meeting any health, vaccination or medical requirements for your Trip and ensuring you are fit to travel and participate in the included activities. You should seek appropriate medical advice before travelling.

You must tell us before departure about any medical condition, disability, pregnancy, allergy or other health requirement that may affect your ability to travel or participate safely, or that we reasonably need to know about your Trip.

Where we reasonably believe that your health or medical circumstances may put you or others at risk, we may require appropriate medical clearance or restrict your participation in an activity where reasonably necessary for safety.

If you cannot travel because you have not met applicable health or vaccination requirements, no refund or compensation will be provided and you are responsible for any resulting costs.

Travel insurance may require relevant vaccination coverage or compliance with medical advice. You are responsible for checking your own policy.

3.4 Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and meeting all visa, immigration and entry requirements for your Trip, including requirements relating to passport validity, blank pages, condition or damage.

We are not responsible if you are denied boarding, refused entry or unable to travel because you do not meet these requirements or because of any issue with your travel documents. No refund or compensation will be provided and you are responsible for any resulting costs.

We recommend checking the latest travel advice from the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), or the relevant authority in your country of residence.

3.5 Medical Treatment & Emergencies

If you become ill or injured during your Trip, we will do our best to help arrange appropriate medical treatment where reasonably possible.

You are responsible for all medical, evacuation, repatriation, travel and associated costs, including any costs not covered by your travel insurance.

In an emergency, we may take reasonable steps that we consider necessary for your immediate health or safety where you are unable to make those arrangements yourself. If we incur costs on your behalf, you agree to reimburse us.

Where you are in difficulty during your Trip, we will provide appropriate assistance without undue delay in accordance with applicable law.

4. During Your Trip

4.1 Local Standards & Suppliers

Our Trips are designed to provide authentic travel experiences and may involve destinations where local standards, customs, infrastructure, transport and accommodation differ from those you may be accustomed to at home.

Accommodation, transport, activities and other services may be provided by carefully selected local Suppliers. These Suppliers are independent third parties and we do not own, manage or control their day-to-day operations.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Suppliers or other third parties except to the extent that we are responsible for the performance of travel services included in your Booking under applicable law.

Travellers should approach their Trip with reasonable flexibility and understand that local conditions, cultural differences and regional practices may vary between the destinations visited.

4.2 Problems During Your Trip

If you experience a problem during your Trip, you must tell your Group Leader immediately so we have the opportunity to address it.

If you feel the issue has not been properly resolved, you must contact us as soon as possible that same day via WhatsApp or [email protected]. We cannot reasonably address issues that are not brought to our attention at the time.

4.3 Traveller Responsibilities

During your Trip, you must act responsibly, follow the reasonable instructions of your Group Leader, local guides and Suppliers, and behave in a way that does not endanger yourself, other Travellers or members of the local community.

You must arrive on time for scheduled departures, activities and transport and use seat belts or other safety equipment where provided. If you are late, the group may leave without you and we are not responsible for any resulting costs or missed services.

You are responsible for complying with applicable local laws, customs and regulations throughout your Trip.

If your failure to comply with these Booking Terms & Conditions causes us to incur reasonable additional costs, you will be responsible for those costs.

4.4 Traveller Conduct

You must behave respectfully and responsibly towards other Travellers, our team, Suppliers and local communities. Harassment, discrimination, violence, threatening or abusive behaviour, illegal activity or conduct that risks the safety or enjoyment of others will not be tolerated.

Feel Free Travel is not a party tour. Alcohol consumption is always optional, and you are responsible for your own behaviour and safety if you choose to drink. Excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption does not excuse behaviour that breaches this section.

We are not responsible for the independent conduct of other Travellers or third parties.

If your behaviour seriously or repeatedly breaches this section, we may remove you from the Trip. Where we reasonably consider it necessary for the safety or wellbeing of others, removal may be immediate. Your Booking will end, no refund or compensation will be provided, and you will be responsible for any resulting accommodation, transport or other costs.

4.5 Alcohol & Illegal Drugs

Our Trips are not party tours and drinking alcohol is always optional. Excessive intoxication that affects the safety, wellbeing or enjoyment of others, and the possession, use or distribution of illegal drugs, will be dealt with in accordance with our Traveller Conduct provisions in Section 4.4.

4.6 Minimum Group Numbers

Our Trips are subject to minimum group numbers being reached.

If the minimum number of Travellers required to operate your Trip is not reached, we may cancel your Trip. Where this happens, we will give you the notice required by applicable law and, wherever reasonably possible, provide more notice than the minimum required.

If we cancel your Trip due to minimum group numbers, your options will be those set out in Section 5.6.

4.7 Itinerary Changes

Adventure travel is inherently flexible. Routes, timings, accommodation, transport, activities, Suppliers and the order of your itinerary may need to change before or during your Trip due to weather, local conditions, transport disruption, Supplier availability, safety considerations, Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control or other operational requirements.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes, substitutions or alterations to your itinerary where necessary or appropriate for the safe, practical or successful operation of your Trip. Where reasonably possible, we will provide a suitable alternative of a comparable standard.

Minor changes, substitutions or alterations that do not significantly affect the main characteristics of your Trip will not entitle you to cancel your Booking or receive a refund or compensation.

If we need to make a significant change to the main characteristics of your Trip before departure, we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible and provide the options required under applicable law.

Changes made during your Trip that are necessary or appropriate for its safe, practical or successful operation do not automatically entitle you to a refund or compensation. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have that cannot legally be excluded.

4.8 Optional Activities

During your Trip, you may choose to take part in optional activities that are not included in your Booking. Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion. You are responsible for considering the risks involved, following all safety instructions and ensuring your travel insurance provides appropriate cover.

Unless we expressly state that an optional activity forms part of your Booking, activities arranged independently or purchased directly from a local Supplier or other third party do not form part of your Booking Contract with Feel Free Travel and are undertaken at your own risk.

We are not responsible for the operation, acts or omissions, safety, performance or failure of independently provided activities or their providers, even where your Group Leader, local guide or Supplier has provided information, made a recommendation, introduced you to a provider or helped you arrange or book the activity.

Any contract for an independently provided activity is between you and the relevant provider, and any complaint, claim, refund or dispute relating to that activity must be addressed directly with them, except to the extent that we have responsibility under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

4.9 Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control (Force Majeure)

We are not responsible for any failure, delay, change, cancellation, loss or disruption to your Trip caused by Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control, except where required by law.

These may include war, terrorism, political instability or civil unrest; sanctions or government action; pandemics, epidemics or public health emergencies; quarantine restrictions; severe weather or natural disasters; airport, port or border closures; strikes or transport disruption; cyber attacks or failures of communications, utilities or essential infrastructure; fuel shortages; maritime incidents; closures of national parks, attractions or public facilities; and any other event beyond our reasonable control that materially affects your Trip.

Where reasonably possible, we will do our best to minimise disruption and provide suitable alternatives.

5. Changes & Cancellations

5.1 Putting Your Booking on Hold

If you can no longer travel and your Trip is more than 60 days away, you can place your Booking on hold. Any amount paid towards your Trip will be held as Travel Credit to use towards a future Feel Free Travel Trip.

To place your Booking on hold, you must explicitly contact us by email and let us know that you would like to do so. Simply stopping or missing payments does not place your Booking on hold and will result in your Booking being cancelled in accordance with Section 5.4.

5.2 Changing Your Trip Date

You can request to move your Booking to another available Feel Free Travel departure. More than 60 days before departure, there is no administration fee. From 60 to 15 days before departure, a £250 administration fee per Traveller applies. 14 days or fewer before departure, date changes are not permitted.

All changes are subject to availability and any difference in Trip price. A date change is not confirmed until we confirm it in writing.

5.3 Cancellation by You

If you wish to cancel your Booking, the Lead Booker must notify us by email. Your cancellation takes effect when we receive your email.

More than 60 days before departure, we will refund the amount paid less £99 per cancelled Traveller. 60 days or fewer before departure, the cancellation charge is 100% of the Trip price and no refund will be due.

5.4 Missed Payments & Failure to Communicate

You are responsible for making payments by the agreed due dates. If you cannot make a payment or your plans have changed, you must contact us. Missing or stopping payments does not place your Booking on hold or amount to notice of cancellation.

If payment becomes overdue and you have not contacted us, we will send a final warning by email giving you 7 days to make payment or contact us.

If you fail to do either within those 7 days, we will treat your Booking as cancelled by you and any amounts already paid will be retained as a cancellation charge.

5.5 Name Changes

You can request to transfer your Booking to another Traveller. More than 60 days before departure, there is no administration fee. From 60 to 14 days before departure, a £250 administration fee applies. 13 days or fewer before departure, name changes are not permitted.

All name changes are subject to Supplier approval and availability. You are responsible for any additional Supplier costs resulting from the change, and the change is not confirmed until we confirm it in writing.

5.6 Cancellation by Feel Free Travel

We may cancel your Trip where necessary due to minimum group numbers, Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control or other circumstances permitted by law. If we do, we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible.

Where your Trip is cancelled by us, you can transfer to another available Trip, receive a full refund of the amount paid to us, or choose Travel Credit for the same value. Any difference in price will apply if you choose another Trip.

If you choose a refund, it will be provided within 14 days of cancellation.

We will not pay additional compensation where cancellation is due to Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control, minimum group numbers or where compensation is otherwise not required by law.

5.7 Late Arrivals, Missed Departures & No Shows

You are responsible for arriving on time for the start of your Trip. If you are delayed, you must let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot delay the group, transport or itinerary to accommodate a late arrival.

If you miss the start of your Trip or any part of the itinerary, you are responsible for making and paying for any arrangements needed to rejoin the group. No refund or compensation will be provided for any part of your Trip you miss due to your late arrival, missed departure, denied boarding, refusal of entry or failure to meet passport, visa or entry requirements.

If you do not join your Trip, or choose to leave your Trip early, no refund or Travel Credit will be due for any unused part of your Booking.

6. Complaints & Liability

6.1 Complaints

If you experience a problem during your Trip, you must report it in accordance with Section 4.2 so that we have the opportunity to investigate and address it at the time.

If the issue remains unresolved, you must submit your complaint to [email protected] within 28 days of your Trip ending, including your Booking reference and any relevant supporting information.

If you do not give us a reasonable opportunity to address an issue during your Trip, this may affect any entitlement to compensation or other remedy.

6.2 Our Liability

We are responsible for providing the travel services included in your Booking in accordance with applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, cost, expense, delay or disruption arising from your own acts, omissions or negligence; your failure to follow reasonable instructions from us, your Group Leader, local guides or Suppliers; your failure to meet passport, visa, health, vaccination, insurance or entry requirements; the unforeseeable or unavoidable acts or omissions of third parties unconnected with the provision of your Trip; Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control; or activities, services or arrangements that do not form part of your Booking Contract with us.

You are responsible for your personal belongings throughout your Trip. We are not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of money, passports, valuables, electronic devices, luggage or other personal belongings except where caused by our negligence or where we are otherwise responsible under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, consequential or purely economic losses, including loss of earnings, business, opportunity or other losses unrelated to the performance of your Booking.

Nothing in these Booking Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

6.3 Assumption of Risk

Our Trips are designed to provide authentic adventure travel experiences and may involve inherent risks beyond those encountered in everyday life, including risks associated with adventure and outdoor activities, local transport, remote locations, wildlife, natural environments, weather conditions and differing local standards and infrastructure.

By choosing to join your Trip, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept the inherent risks associated with this type of travel. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of your own health and safety, acting responsibly and following the reasonable instructions of your Group Leader, local guides, Suppliers and activity providers.

You are responsible for considering your own abilities, experience and personal circumstances when deciding whether to participate in any activity and should not participate if you do not feel able to do so safely.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

7. Photography, Privacy & Data

7.1 Photography, Video & Shared Media

We may take photographs and videos during our Trips for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please let your Group Leader know. We will make reasonable efforts to respect your preference, although you may appear incidentally in wider group content.

We may provide a Shared Media Platform where Travellers and the Feel Free Travel team can upload and share content from your Trip.

By uploading or providing content to us, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to do so and grant Feel Free Travel a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, edit, publish and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

If you would like us to stop using particular content, contact [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to stop future use but cannot guarantee removal of content already published or distributed.

7.2 Personal Data & Privacy

We collect, use and share personal information as necessary to manage your Booking, arrange and deliver your Trip, communicate with you, meet our legal obligations and operate our business.

Where necessary, we may share your information with Suppliers, Hosts and other trusted third parties involved in your Booking or Trip. Your information may also be processed outside the United Kingdom where necessary to provide your Trip.

We may retain records of our communications with you for customer service, training, security and record-keeping purposes.

For more information about how we use and protect your personal information and your rights, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. General Terms

8.1 Website Accuracy

We take reasonable care to ensure that information on our website, marketing materials and other communications is accurate at the time of publication.

Trip descriptions, itineraries, accommodation, activities, images and other content may be updated or amended from time to time. Minor inaccuracies or changes will not constitute a breach of the Booking Contract.

If a significant change affects your Booking after your Booking Contract has been formed, we will let you know in accordance with these Booking Terms & Conditions.

8.2 Electronic Communications

We may contact you by email, SMS, telephone, WhatsApp or other digital communication methods about your Booking and Trip.

You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate and up to date. We are not responsible if you fail to receive important communications because the contact information you provided is incorrect or outdated.

8.3 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content on our website and in our marketing materials, including our text, images, videos, logos and branding, is owned by or licensed to Feel Free Travel.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise use this content without our prior written consent, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

8.4 Severability

If any part of these Booking Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed or limited only to the extent necessary. The remaining Booking Terms & Conditions will continue to apply.

8.5 Waiver

If we do not immediately exercise or enforce a right under these Booking Terms & Conditions, this does not prevent us from exercising or enforcing that right later.

8.6 Third-Party Rights

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no person other than you and Feel Free Travel has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce these Booking Terms & Conditions.

9. Governing Law & Updates

9.1 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Booking Terms & Conditions and your Booking Contract are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute or claim relating to your Booking or these Booking Terms & Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Booking Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

9.2 Changes to these Booking Terms & Conditions

We may update these Booking Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version in force when your Booking Contract is formed will apply to your Booking, unless a change is required by law or agreed between us.

The latest version will always be available on our website.
